Sabre: Single Skin Steel Partitioning
Modular and flexible for factory, warehouse, and storage environments
Sabre is a modular, demountable panel system that can be used for a variety of applications within a warehouse or factory environment. It is ideal for enclosing working areas where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin system. Sabre is also widely used for enclosing paint lines and coating furnaces, and is available in a modified form to enable access for maintenance.
In a multi-tiered application, it can be used as factory or warehouse division for reasons such as security, dustproofing, and environmental control. Other applications include perimeter guarding to automated machinery, robots, conveyors and for other automated process.
Sabre panels are made from 0.7mm thick mild steel skins which are spot welded to 1.2mm thick channel uprights, finished with a robust powder coat. The panels bolt directly together with M6 x12 hexagon bolts, and locate into floor track. Extra stability is provided by top capping and mullion support. Panels weigh ~9Kg/mē (excluding glass) Panels can be pre-glazed in the factory or glazed on site.
