There are three different grades (thickness) of mesh wire, the UR350 system is a light duty, modular mesh system that is suitable for creating added storage within a well protected environment. It is ideal for creating inner partitioning walls within a secure storage application when used in conjunction with the UX450 &550. it can also be used on its own for applications where a lesser degree of security is required.
The UX 450 panel system is a medium-duty mesh system suitable for creating storage in a moderately protected environment. The UX450 is a sturdy system hat can be used on its own to create outer walls for applications requiring a medium level of security. It can also be combined with the UX550 for applications where maximum security is required.
The UX 550 panel system is a heavy-duty modular mesh system suitable for high security storage applications. Panels are constructed with strong 5mm thick wire and are reinforced with special profiles to help prevent tampering. The system is compatible with UR 350 and UX 450 to create the ultimate security solution for any application requiring a high degree of security.
Advantages:
New assembly methods allow for quicker installation. The 50mm x 50mm mesh aperture makes it virtually impossible for a hand to reach through the mesh.
To reinforce the system, special profiles are used in between the panels to prevent them from being pried apart.
Applications:
The UR 350 system can be combined with other systems when a higher degree of security is required. The UX450 system is ideal for use as a front wall in storage applications.
UX 550 is primarily used as an outer wall in applications requiring high security. For amore cost-effective solution, inner partitioning walls can be built with the UR 350 and UX 450 systems.
